Darryl was wonderful in getting all of the hoods
certified in time. He was very nice and friendly and very professional. Darryl
had to clean some of the hoods (they were still dusty from being installed),
and we realized that was not within his normal scope of work. We just wanted to
make sure that you knew that we appreciate both Tammy and Darryl taking good
care of us. They both understood that we were under a time crunch and helped us
